A Quality Service Certified® professional is committed to higher professional standards. QSC professionals attend specialized training on how to deliver the best service in the industry. They provide a written guarantee of service to every customer up front and explain the services they provide in detail. After the closing, an independent company sends the customer a customer satisfaction survey asking detailed questions on the service provided.
